Blue Candlestick that Glows Green

Found this pretty blue glass candlestick at Goodwill today. When I shined a black light on it, it glows green! I am trying to find out who made this. I found similar items made by Tiffin and Cambridge but not sure if this was made by them or someone else. I love to know information about my treasures I find. If anyone has any information about this that they can share, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance!!!
