texas sesquicentennial belt buckle

I bought this belt buckle at a swap meet last year just cause I really liked it. I have been trying to do some research on it just to find out who made it, we're they sold or given away at a certain event, and value of it. All I'm able to find is a similar one made of all brass but mine is brass with some kind of white inlay. It may be enamel? Any information or point me in the right direction to answer these questions myself would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
