looks like a Worksman folding trike that has been painted and a couple of John Deere decals added.
Resembles this one:

that one looks so small though....I need to ask him if it folds up....
@ Efesgirl, that link does not match
@OP, the folding joint is clearly shown in your photos in front of the crank. I hate to suggest using the term vintage (but with google searches it helps);
just google:
vintage worksman port-o-trike

JOHN DEERE did make bicycles. I posted mine on here ( Mom worked at JD) so I know the history of these Bikes very Good. Here are Mine:

Now I have NEVER seen this Tricycle one - Nor do I have any knowledge of one. So you got me there.....? I am thinking this might have been a *marriage* of bike parts -- or just painted TO LOOK SIMILAR to the real John Deere Bikes in the 1970's.....or maybe they used some JD parts to make this.
Mine authentic JD bikes has JD on the: Seats, Handle bars, pedals, front metal badge......Does your have any of those??
Question: I think it might be a marriage of sorts....L@@K at the shaft (cast iron) of where the metal joins the rubber pedal -- Looks like it was painted there and I have NEVER seen a JD with colored paint there on that part.
Just MY opinion......
.....plus the Decals are wrong.....plus the metal part of the chain is painted. The Chains on Bikes were NOT painted.
Now I believe more than ever -- this is someone attempt at a Home project...
pretty obvious paint overspray on the cranks and other chrome in these photos; good indication that paint is not original. Worksman Port-O-Trikes seem to be somewhat collectable, and other than the paint, this one looks to be in decent shape.
Will also say....for my 3rd post -- TallCakes link look like your Bike, and that it was painted Green to Look like a JD Bike -- But is NOT.
This BIKE was made to ~ Deceive ~ that it is (suppose to be) a JD bike -- but Not. My opinion....
don't know about someone's 'intent' to deceive or not; maybe the owner just likes John Deere décor... Those JD decal are a bit more modern than the bike itself tho' and are available online:

I have been searching for vintage and there appears to be only one that is on Ebay that is new and I cannot find any "vintage" anywhere for sale to even attempt to get a value!
Tallcakes - I know it doesn't match, which is why I said his bike resembles the one in the photo. Didn't say it was identical.
I have no doubt that it was a home paint job though...just wasn't sure if it was a failed re-do of a original or if it was a home spun creative paint project...lol
Do you still have this bike? I have the same bike with no seat, and no basket.
