Recent pick up of an Old Western Electric Bell Systems F1 Telephone. Phone base seems to be made of cast iron and is very heavy phone handle is stamp and appears to be complete. I was hoping someone who knows phone more so than I could share some information in time period and the phone itself.

Your Western Electric non-dial type 202 is referred to as a oval base set set. The F-1 handset was the first capsule style transmitter. Manufactured by Western Electric for the Bell System around 1937.
