Possible advertising pin?

I don't have any info on this pin, there are no manufacturer marks on it. Simply has this sticker on it. The closest other pin I have is a Target brand but there are some minor differences. If anyone can give insight it would be greatly appreciated.

Update, I was able to get a little info on this pin. This was a type of promotional pin to get the state sport of Maryland changed from jousting to duckpin bowling years back. It never went through.
