    I picked up these beauties today at the flea market in san francisco too. each one is about 2.5" square. they remind me of the same material as my big bowls and plates, so i think they are old or turn of the 19th/20th century faience from Spain.

      I adore old tiles like these, the patterns and colors. These were probably salvaged from an old home that was being remodeled or torn down. Based on the first two, I would have guessed anywhere from 30s to 60s? The back may help with someone who knows about tile production, you may want to research it that way.
