Saginaw's Castle Museum Mystery Post #2

Need help identifying these for the Castle Museum of downtown Saginaw, Michigan. Seem to be visually like a Northwood Luna shade, but seem to be acid etched, then painted using a cold process, hence the peeling.

Please help identify or refer me to someone who might be able to?
