This is an Italian made vase using the lost wax molding process and the material is catalytic setting resin. The base is made of the same material. The mark, rotated 90 degrees clockwise, reads 'Ivory Master'. This was likely made between 1960 and 2000.

Many thanks Wexval for your information. Is there any value to this item ?

It's a well made piece, but not rare. The value would be that of a similar decorative item.
