This is a Compote or "Comport" from around 1905. As you can see, it has a chain of finely cut hobstars with star miter cuts between. The neat part of the compote in the long controlled bubble in the stem. Companies did mark pieces with an acid stamp, but not all. They are so difficult to find at times. You have to have light reflecting off the piece at the perfect angle to find the marks. Unknown maker so far.
