Mystery- needle in a haystack solved by CW's antiquerose . You have to look at the posts below to see how hard she worked and the victory dance.
And thanks to Katherine and all who searched. xoxo
    Original Title:
Vtg pottery pink fan vase. Need Help Please.
This vase is 8-1/4 inches tall at the middle point and almost 6" wide across the top. The actual opening is about 3" wide.
My friend actually bought this for me the other day and it was so sweet of her. But, I can't find it anywhere to tell her what it is. :(
Thanks for looking and your expertise.

** So happy I can now share the mystery with friend who gave it to me. Thanks so much Rose.
Here is a bit of info found from Rose's ID.:

F.A.P. Co. short for "Fredricksburgh Art Pottery" and "Fapco" dates from 1910 to 1965. Located in Fredericksburg, Ohio, they produced cookie jars, lamps, planters, clocks, and items for Disney. Owned by several companies over the years, they also produced tile , bathroom fixtures and wooden household Items. Some of the companies F.A.P. Co. was called are Doric Corporation, Mansfield Sanitary Company, Pilgrim Pottery to name a few. The factory burned down in 1965 and was never rebuilt.

I looked, and looked - so many pink fan shaped vases I have never seen. Some very close to yours, marked and unmarked. Only thing I didn't go through were mid-century. Only found one that came anywhere near.

Nuts, thank you very much for the American Bisque name. I did not find the vase yet but I have seen so many unmarked pieces I passed up that probably were American Bisque. Such a wonderful tip to look at. Thank you again. :0)

Gillian, thank you too for looking. It was very kind of you. Sometimes it takes a village aka an awesome website to help each other. :)

Thanks for the loves bruns, Mani, racer, jscott, ho2, mike, aura and MFT. :)
      Happy hunting everyone.

Vase base is similar to this pottery:

      https://lagunapottery.com/product/red-wing-pottery-rum-rill-matte-pink-cornucopia-vase/

I did find an exact match to your vase on Etsy, a pair of vases, but no information on maker, and a planter very similar, also no information.

You're good Katherine. Your link is the 1st I have seen of the same exact vase but even though it's on the front page those two vases aren't there. At least we know they are out there somewhere. I love your persistence.
Thanks for the loves: nuts and SEAN.:)
Thank you for the like: the gatherer. ;);) Thanks for the vase too!!

It's been 3 months now Rose. You deserve a spa day or something after all the searching and dancing. :) I could watch that over and over and over again.
Been thinking about F A P stamp or fapco label and feel certain I have seen it but didn't know what it was. Everyone should go check their bases and thank Rose.
And I must thank my friend for giving it to me. Hopefully this will be a post that pays it forward. Appreciate you Rose. :)
