Here's a Scrab i Got maybe 30 years ago

Some people tell me its a cast one and that its fake but yet they offered me $20 bucks for it when i had posted it in another forum . When i hold it i can feel something . It's hard to explain but it's like i'm back their and its weird but it's cool do any of you have any idea what they carvings say on the bottom . It looks like its carved and it has like these knife marks inside the hollow parts how could tha be cast or molded. IDK whats your thought
