I was given this item 30 years ago when I was 8/9 from my next door neighbours who were in their 80s at the time.
They were irish but lived in new York for years as restorers. One of their projects was to work on the restoration of the white house setup by Jackie Kenny.
I was told to keep this in a safe place amd so I did.
Any help or advice would be great.
