European Street Scene Oil on Canvas

This small piece was one of small group of street scenes that enhanced my interest in art appreciation. It is 8x11 oil on canvas, the frame compliments is very nicely and is signed REID. I have had for several years and still do cannot find any information pertaining to the artist.
