Watercolor Figural

I honestly do not know if this is a print, watercolor/pastel. But it is beautiful. It measures 36x28 and beautifully framed. Unfortunately, my home available wall space is covered. This piece will one day have a wall to itself, which it so deserves.
It is dated 1989, however, I cannot make out the artist.
