Mermaid Series by Robert Walker

The frame is what originally drew me to this piece. It was thrown in a pile of discarded items by a seller in the flea market. Turning it over and noticing the painting, was still not of real interest to me and I actually considered taking the picture out and giving it to vendor. My mission for that day was to find picture frames. It is wonderfully painted and framed. They have stayed together.
