Ladies of the Theatre 1895ish

Here is a bit more information on this set of cards. On many, which the owner has cut out of or off of are the names at the bottom under the ladies names: One variation is Barguno Barcelona. Another variation is: E. Madricuera Barcelona. A Third variation is L. Thomas & Co. Barcelona. A fourth is EOT LIT Thomas & C Barcelona. Many of the ladies do appear on some Ogden's sets but in all my research so far all of my images with the exception of Sarah Bernhartt's are unique to this set, I have found none form over 20 famous ladies from my set I looked up on Yahoo Images. Many great images but none like mine. Also several have had a Frence photographers studio type name in the upper left or right corner. Another feature is that the names are a jumbled mess. Many pictures of the same lady with many different names, or the wrong name. Many with no name at all. Some have a Art Nouveau border added, most don't. Many have a colorized version of the same black and white. Which leads me to think this set ran a long time.
