This is hallmarked DL London 1922. It is a tiny lilac coloured mould blown vase with a suggestion of claw feet leading into the ribbed body. I don't know if Loebl may have used glass firms other than Rindskopf (which wouldn't surprise me) so I don't ascribe a particular maker to this, but the provenance must be Czech / Bohemian.
It is an interesting colour and small size - 12.8cm tall.
Maybe for lilacs?

Cute. Violets is a possibility. I wonder if the glass is actually sun purpled - the shade of purple would suggest that.
I haven't any experience of sun-purpled glass: I am not sure about that but the feet do look more purple than the rest. Hmm.
The feet are thicker... Sun purpling in the UK often looks greyish because we don't have enough sun but clear glass that sits in regular direct sun light (say for 30-40 years here) will purple if it contains manganese decoloriser. http://lustrousstone.co.uk/cpg/displayimage.php?pid=189 This was a pale lilac and certainly wasn't made like that. Sun purpling is often done deliberately in the USA. Do a google images search on sun purpling and you will see the gamut of shades from greyish to bright purple and aubergine.
I must say that link is very subtly coloured. I think this one definitely lilac, but willing to be moved on the issue!
