1930s Magazine Image, Young Woman With Pekingese Dog

I bought this framed image of a woman with a Peke at a flea market many years ago. The man at the stall asked 3 Euro for it. As I was paying him, his wife suddenly appeared and started berating him for asking such a small price - too late!

The image is the inside front cover of a 1930s issue Dutch leisure magazine. I haven't found any pertinent information about it on the web.

I think she's just lovely, and she hangs in my 1950s/1960s room.
