Both Signed by same artist, not able to decipher signature.
I purchased both of these at a flea market in Chase City, VA a couple years back.
    Pic1-9 1/2 x 11 1/2
    Pic3 13x18
The first one is my favorite of the two because the paint is so thick it looks 3D and kinda like fat lava pottery
Looks like scenery of the Monument Valley (per my husband).
A region of the Colorado Plateau characterized by a cluster of vast sandstone buttes, the largest reaching 1,000 feet above the valley floor. Located on the Arizona-Utah state line near the Four Corners area. The valley lies within the range of the Navajo Nation Reservation.

Signature images will be on Part 2

I'm going through a lot of art and trying to decide what should stay or go....

      Thank you
And I packed them away for the moment....once remodeling is done I will find a spot for them.

If you will display them, keep them. If displayed seasonally, keep them. If being saved to give away or sell later, keep them.
But if they will just sit covered, hidden, packed away, forgotten, or whatever..... Send them to where they will be admired.

Spirit bear they will be displayed ...
At the moment all collections are being packed and stored.
Sanding & staining hardwood floors, painting, remodeling the kitchen and new carpet going in family room.
Just trying to decide what should stay or go.
