I don't have much info about this... and I'm not knowledgeable about art. Some have said a silk painting or embrodery from the Meiji era and others have said it was just a pretty picture possibly from the 1930's, but no one can identify the artist. Who is the artist?! The print (or painting) measures about 21x22 inches. Any insight is appreciated!
