Chi-Treasu…
(12 items)
Here I am again seeking information. This lithograph was in the same desk as the item from my previous post. The entire sheet measures 12" x 17". The impressed lithograph measures 7.5" x 10". The lithograph has been colored. The title is Bologna, Strada Maggiore and I know the original was commissioned by J. Hakewill with drawings by J.M.W. Turner. The lithograph is on heavy brown woven paper which unfortunately has 2 tears in the paper. Is it possible that this piece can be restored - or is it worth it? Your advice is very much appreciated.
