Legeropiedi
(1 item)
Here is a beautiful glass perfume flask that I bought in the US in 1989/90.
It has a lovely green and mauve iridescent and textured surface that is
sliced on three planes to reveal a ghostlike interior bulb surrounding the dark mauve perfume reservoir at the centre.
I have recently discovered this wonderfully clever object in design and execution, is the work of Thomas Philabaum of Tuscon, Arizona.
This brilliant artist is now widely known and enjoyed and most of all, still producing beautiful objects like this!
This item stands approximately five and a quarter inches tall.
It's by Tom Philabaum. And very lovely!

Sorry! I completely missed seeing the section with his name somehow!
I just realized you updated the whole post - I had responded to the previous page that was available. So glad! I thought I had lost my mind... and it's too early in the week for that.
Thanks so much for correctly identifying my piece. I'm sorry to have caused you such understandable puzzlement. Despite previous efforts to interpret the signature, I stumbled upon the name by putting in every spelling I could come up with. I then thought that I'd better edit my post so as not to waste anyone's time. However, you were too quick for me.
I've just finished looking at Thomas Philabaum's website and admiring the wonderful pieces shown there.
Thanks again!
Gorgeous studio glass.
No worries here, Legeropiedi (lightfeet?) - I'm easily confused! And often distracted by pretty, shiny things! : )
