    At the same car boot sale but on another stall I found these two Derby Plates circa 1811-48,markings on the rear are Bloor over Derby in a circle with the Derby crown to the center see pictures .
    Robert Bloor took control of the Derby factory in 1811 and immediately began to build a team of very fine painters.
    You just never know what you are can find at these sort of venues and well worth the effort of getting out of bed on a cold and frosty morning at the crack of dawn to go for a good look round and find jems like these !
