Duck/Goose porcelain signed Krause

Hi,

Does anyone know if this is anything special ? I liked the colors & flow of the piece. Thought it might be the Canadian pottery co. that does blues/greens but emailed them & they said no.
Has felt on the bottom, not sure if it was cracked, or that is part of the piece.
