I inherited this gravy boat with this unique handle - it looks like a lion or panther. I can't find any info online so hoping someone here knows something about it. Thanks for any assistance

Can you please post photo of the entire gravy boat and the underneath? One photo of the head is not enough. Thanks.

Hmmm... I tried "panther head". I tried "leopard head". I tried "cat head". I can't find any example of a red Fleur de lis B&G mark. Do you just have the four pieces I see on the table?
Interesting..... there are a few pieces with that mark - the rest are Vignaud - I have a full service for 8, with 5 different plates, bowls etc and 4 different platters as well as the covered serving dishes in the picture. I was trying to figure out value online to see if it would be better to sell as a set or by different pieces. So the red mark is unusual?
I wonder if the red mark means it's for export. Often countries have different marks for pieces to be sold within their country and pieces marked for export. Not sure if it applies to this piece, though. I also wonder if it is really a feline face on there...this is a real puzzle!
Efesgirl - it is a real feline face - I've actually sent the pictures to a valuation website as well - hopefully someone will know what this is and what it's worth. Thanks for assistance
