Mahogany Bow Front Chest with Drawers - Age?

I picked this small chest up at our local Habitat ReStore. I have been looking for something like this to use as a bedside table. It is missing a handle, and as far as I can tell, there was at one time a mirror that attached to the back (just a guess). I liked the bow front drawer, the size and shape of the chest and that it seemed pretty old. I was excited, however, as we loaded it to see that it has wooden casters. Any help trying to identify a time period or style would be so appreciated! I know nothing about antiques. I want to try and find new handles that are as close to the originals as possible. Sorry for bad pics, I've included a side pic, a back pic, one of the dovetail in the drawers, and the front/top. I am wondering if the dovetail is hand made? Also, can you see the decorative piece at the bottom of the front? Was this added later after the original was made?
