    This painting appears to be on glass and the bird with the feather almost looks 3D. I bought this at an antique Auction in San Antonio almost 20 years ago. It is signed by Ginger Briggs and I have seen a few of her other paintings on Sequins and Cowboys YouTube video. That video claims it is actually The late Ginger Rogers who painted it. Any info would be great!
    It is approx. 25x30 in size and has a rustic wooden frame around it.
