Can anyone tell me when this pedal Vespa was made and by wich compagny? I am pretty sure it is European make.

According to that pic it's a 1953 Vespa
Definitely European! lol
I'd say it's been modified because I can't find a single one with a windshield... BUT that could also mean that it's just an AMAZING find!
From the luggage box to the leather coat and helmet! I wish I had these!! lol
