This is a game that I brought home from my deceased mothers house. There is no name or identification on the game. I have no idea what it is or how to play it! Can anyone provide any information?

Do these pieces all come off the board? This looks like something somebody made in their woodshed.

Efesgirl...Yes, the round pieces come off the pegs. I also wondered if it was a homemade game, since there are no markings on it!

TallCakes, it definitely is like the one in your picture on your website. But the instructions don't apply, since there is no square! It is only an "x", so I'm not sure how to play!

depends on how one might interpret 'square'; consider 4 matching game pieces to define the corners of a square.

      Ok, TallCakes! Thanks.
