It is made of copper and is 9 inches tall and 8 inches on the bottom diameter. It has a foul smell of some kind of fuel that was inside. I have never cleaned and I have had it app. 22 years. It was given to me as a gift from my oldest son. On the bottom there is a picture of a house or an outline of a house or church and has old mission kopperkraft witten on it and under the picture it says San Francisco.
