Does anyone have any idea the maker or age of this bowl? I was thinking Nippon because of the others I have seen shaped and painted like this using cobalt blue inside of the aqua or robin's egg blue. The makers mark is what has me stumped! I can't find anything about a star or starfish relief used as a makers mark on old china.
