Custard glass lamp with bird painting

I bought this lamp at an antique store but im afraid I do not know much about it.

The glass is custard which glows nicely under UV.

Does anybody have any ideas on the manufacturer or date it could have been made?

I put a black light bulb in it and lined the shade with foil and made a nice display on my counter.
