    A very large doll , I think it maybe a Patti Play Pal, with a mean hair cut! I guess she was well played with,other than that she is in pretty good shape.

      yes Patti Playpal . To bad her hair was cut but not unusual to find dolls with a haircut . When the little girl got a haircut she often gave one to her doll :-)
