Abstract Nautical Scene signed Tiller

I found this one at a flea market over a year and half ago. During this time I was purchasing nautical paintings and thought this to be a nice piece to add to my collection. Since that time I have not been able to find anything about the artist. It measures 23 x 18 and is oil on board. It was not framed and I had this frame at home and it worked at the time. Has anyone heard of this artist?
