This carnival glass piece was inherited years ago along with many others. I have been unable to find any thing like it after much research! It measures 7 1/2" diameter with one side upturned. The interior is ribbed but smooth the edge is crimped. He design is on the exterior. It depicts three flowering plants with five petals on each flower and is on a stipled back ground. There s also what looks to be a three leafed clover on stipled background in the base. Anyone recognize it? Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you Tallcakes, I just needed that one term ( single flower) to find a similar piece you are correct, Dugan single flower peach opal . I have yet to find a plate with "jip" but maybe now will! Thanks again

sometimes when a piece gets one part of the edge 'turned up' like this small dish it gets called a nappy
    4. Hawaii808, 9 years ago
I have seen that, although a nappy will usually have a handle on it.

This design is also known as a Hand Grip Plate, I had one of these once, presented it to a friend as a present.
