I believe that this is the base from an oil lamp. There are 3 different images 1) the hands shaking 2) the bugle and arrows - there are two of these and 3) the portrait. I've also taken a picture from the top. The base is about 9 inches high. This has been in the family for years, but I don't have any idea of where it was made. Any assistance would be very much appreciated.
