I cannot find anything about this clock. I assume it was made in 1885 by the patent number. Its just so interesting. I have no clue where my grandma picked it up at. She was an avid yardsaler (hmm.... that must be where I get it from) and went yardsaling with her sisters all the time. I'm so happy that it was left to me. This has a lady, cheribums, the eagle with the shield and the liberty bell. I think its bronze, but I'm not sure. I really want to know anything about this wonderful clock!
I have the exact same clock, and I was asking the same questions. Did you ever find anything out about your clock? I paid about $100 at an auction, if you could email me and let me know that would be great! Thanks Don
Still a mystery.
I just came across this same design, but advertising "Smoke Reeds 205 Best 5 ct Cigars" on it. I believe this may be from the Tom Reed Cigar company out of Duluth MN, but am not certain. Love this piece, it is early for sure!
