This real-photo postcard shows one of the Detroit-area zoos. For a while, they had a world-famous aquarium. I believe it is still going, and the oldest continuously operating one in the World (don't quote me.)
The bears were not co-operating with the photographer, but they were not bothered by his presence, either.
An interesting feature on this postcard is that it says on the postmark, "International Aero Congress Oct. 7-12-13-14-1922".
I have not researched that and am not sure of what it means.
Another interesting thing is that we think this was sent from a teacher. "I have 55 this term," the writer (Pearl) says.
*Loves bears.* (As you probably figure.)
I'd also be born about 18 days and 74 years later (not counting Leap Years.)

I took two pills (I hate taking meds) and assume my mom took my illness to prayer (the prayers of the righteous carry great weight, and confidence in God carries great weight as well,) and suddenly I was better (85%!!!)
