These two are also from the Victorian period and are my only examples of this décor. The spatter is of green, yellow, orange, white and oxblood and is between a yellow inner and a clear outer. This is a décor I really like!
Picture two, without the lid, allows the light to get into the jar showing that the décors are in fact the same. You can also see that the rigaree on the jar looks like a row of shells.
Picture three, with the lid upside down, shows just how vivid the yellow of the inner layer really is.
Picture four shows a jar in another décor with a horizontal circle of daisy crimp rigaree. Unfortunately I've never had the lid with which I feel it would have started out.

This is a great décor. The yellow used in this is a Cadmium based yellow,and these will glow orange under UV light. Nice examples.
It does too! Even though I've belatedly bought a UV torch, I never think to use it.....
