My cufflinks collection

I've been collecting cufflinks for the past 8 years or so.

It started when my wife bought me the monogram pair for a promotion at work. I only needed a shirt w/ french cuffs to wear them :)) ... a year or so later I bought a lot off ebay that included about 20-22 pair.

I lost my mom in January and found it therapeutic to place some bids on a few lots of vintage cufflinks on ebay. I found it even more therapeutic to win those auctions! I won three lots or so and now have bulked up my collection to about 112 pair.

From here on out it's my plan to pick up a pair here and a pair there but we'll just see how that goes. I've found some at estate sales and those are typically my favorites (including the arrows w/ polished metal in the front row of the first photo, they were $2 a week ago at an estate sale).

I try to only spend $2 to $5 on a pair if I can help it. The Brooks Bros. pair of race cars w/ their own box in the front were about $35 and were a gift and are my most expensive ... The display cases are only about $20 on Amazon.

For now the hunt continues ...
