Found this among some garbage in the old summer house. I could not get a clear picture of the Currier & Ives. Left corner says PUBLISHED BY CURRIER & IVES and right corner says 125 NASSAU ST NEW YORK. If any one knows anything about this let me know. Thanks in advance.

Thanks Mark, I believe that mine is earlier then that one if you notice the one in your link had other writing in the corners. I did a little more research myself and I think I actually have an original:) I am still unsure what my next step is.
Just check the net. There are websites all over covering these prints.
So hard to say if this is an actual original lithograph or not just based on the photos but the water stains would lead me to believe it might be, lol. This image has been printed in SO MANY different sizes that you can't even tell by the measurement itself. It's a nice image of course, but even if original, you are not looking at more than around $300.- $400 in "A" condition. However with that large paper loss on the top corner, you are probably looking at even less than $50. Hope I was of some help. Enjoy!
