    The beautiful rich color in this was must have for me. It is oil on canvas and have a nice velvet trim. The piece is signed Valerio and yet again I have not had any luck finding this artist.

      After more research I found this.

      "On all of the Hubert V paintings I found the signature is the same. He used small letters; not capitalized as in your painting."
