My parents bought this sign a long time ago. I love it. I'm not sure how to identify how old it is or it's value. Does that number mean anything? It is about 3', metal, original paint. It is a very cool sign.

Hi Lizzie -- Here is an Example of one that I had -- It was 4 feet across. Different Logo but you can date yours own by that logo.

It's a metal 1950's Coca Cola 3' button sign as you mention. Collectors like them in all sizes as signs are hot right now. Condition rules and yours probably is in good to fair condition. Take a look at eBay to gauge how other 48 inch buttons are selling in similar condition. You can search by "Sold" and get an idea. Nice sign and keep collecting! - Unless you're bidding against me :)
