These were also in the basket of goodies at the thrift shop, along with the gold necklace. I rarely see silver marked .935, but that's what it is - I cleaned it to make sure I was seeing the numbers correctly. All the marcasites are in one piece with none missing. Amazing considering where I found them. I guess these are 1950s - still looking for an example of these earring backs.
