This is a pocket knife style wine opener made by A. Sauzedde in France. These were made for Barton & Guestier a French wine company. As the writing on this is in English it was made for the various English speaking countries.
As can be seen it has a corkscrew, a bottle opener (for Boone's Farm?) and a foil remover. The foil remover snaps neatly into place when closing and puts a hole in my thumb.
1960s or 1970s? I am not quite sure.
Thank you
