Sculpture by Thomas Walter Deal

this is a ceramic sculpture of a nude young man by Tom Deal of San Francisco, done in 1981. it has an interesting yellow glaze w/ different colored crystal glazes in it. i found info on a Thomas Walter Deal who died last December in San Francisco at the age of 87. He was known as an artist who made a lot of sculpture, but i couldn't find much about him besides the fact that he rode his bicycle all around the world. i think this is an interesting piece to put in a garden.
