Who is Margaret Scully - #3

I am not having any luck with researching the artist/works. The only two clue's I have is another artist Frances Hook American Beauties: Girl in Winter Garb for Northern Tissue Paper, the Saturday Evening Post. Does anyone know anything about her works. I have a collection of five.
