Well, the title says what I'm looking for-- where this came from, what year? Denomination?
Is that a lyre on it?
Some of the text looks similar to Cyrillic, but some is in Arabic.
So, needless to say, I'm clueless.
Can anyone help?
I figured it out.

I sent myself in the wrong direction thinking it related to Cyrillic, but the right direction by sticking near Middle Eastern Countries.
The lyre on it really helped.
