Well, the title says what I'm looking for-- where this came from, what year? Denomination?

Is that a lyre on it?

Some of the text looks similar to Cyrillic, but some is in Arabic.

So, needless to say, I'm clueless.

    Can anyone help?

I sent myself in the wrong direction thinking it related to Cyrillic, but the right direction by sticking near Middle Eastern Countries.
The lyre on it really helped.
