One says warranted full half pint and the other two have no markings. They are about 6 inches long and have a cork in the top

Do seams go through to the top of the mouth?

Circa late 1890s whiskey flasks. Probably more like 1905-1910, though.
Warranted Full Half Pint means it's been measured out. Otherwise, it's just a guess as to how much is really in them.
Set them in a sunny window, and they may over time turn light pink, then light purple.

Were they under the floor or something?

Inside the brick wall in my cellar when we tore off the door frame we found them in the brick wall

People often find bottles in walls. Coins and even books, too. Best I've found in a wall was a 1970s hair-product.
But in dirt floors I have better luck.
